After nearly a full day of travel (including the eight hour time change) I made it back to Zürich at about 8pm, and the first thing was put on a lot of warm Winter clothes walk straight for a Christmas Market.  There was a pretty small one near my hotel which was a good warmup for the main and much larger one a short distance away. They are really neat and fun! It was raining for most of the night, sometimes lightly, and sometimes moderately heavy, but they were still so busy! Tons of people from all over the world come to visit these and I can see why. They are warm, colorful and energetic with music, sweet smelling foods, colors and decorations. The really big “Christkindlmarkt” or “Weihnachtsmarkt” (Christkind Market / Christmasmarket as they are called) stands in front of the fancy opera house. It even has an ice skating rink! Neato. Anyways that’s about it, it was late and was sooo very tired after so much travel and no rest, No way I could post anything last night.
