Das Detsche Museum

The amazing Munich museum of technology. Spent hours in there after sleeping in a bit. It is a massive compound with so many wings and so many thousands of allllll things technological and siencey. Airplanes, jet engines, rockets, hundreds of musical instruments, cameras and film, computer engineering, space exploration and astronomy, boats, ships and maritime displays, sience of physics light and energy, paper making, printing and sign makng, ceramics and glasswares, mechanical toys, pharmacy, nano technology, astronomy from the time of Galileo, and even lengthy underground ‘caves’ featuring ore mining, salt mining, coal mining, and water well digging technologies. It has radio and communications displays and computer encryption, general manufacturing machines, ore and metal processing displays and, a display of about 2 dozen whacky and unique sundials and one on electrcity. There’s also a planetarium, a book vending machine and a gift shop! Many of the displays are hands on with many experiments you can perform.
